Data controller

Purpose and information used
We use your company name, contact name, work email, phone number and the request details you provide to review your need, contact you for clarification and prepare a potential business relationship. Please do not include sensitive personal information or third-party CVs in this form.
Private review and partner access
Your submission first enters private R-Force review. It is not automatically published to the partner network. Any later network request follows the approval process. Contact details and your protected maximum budget are not part of the supplier-facing request.
Acknowledgement and optional news
The required checkbox records that you have read this notice; it is separate from consent to optional news. You can submit a request without subscribing to news. We record the notice version, acknowledgement time and your separate news preference.
Legal basis and retention
TODO / legal review: confirm the legal basis for each purpose, any legitimate-interest assessment, the retention period or criteria, and the procedure for deleting or retaining enquiry and security records. A notice acknowledgement is not a substitute for determining the legal basis.
Recipients and international processing
TODO / legal review: identify the controller's authorized teams, hosting and other processors, any additional recipients and any transfers outside the EEA with the applicable safeguards. An international partner network does not mean your personal data are automatically shared globally.
Your rights and contact
Subject to the applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability and object to processing. Consent can be withdrawn where it is the legal basis. Providing information and decisions
The required contact details and a description of your need allow us to handle your enquiry. Without them, this form cannot be submitted. R-Force reviews the request; this submission does not itself make a solely automated decision about you.
